Every thought I have, every action I take has a profound effect on the world around me. I do make a difference. Just compare how you feel after a polite cashier interacts with you with one who couldn't care less about you. Or when someone lets you into traffic and when someone cuts you off.

While no one can be perfect and we will never be able to control every thought, reaction or illness, we can change our lives to be more positive. I am empowered to have more control over my life and body than ever before. There are no guarantees in life but I sure like it better making choices I know will create more peace, health and happiness in my life.

We have energy that can be directed for better health and wellness.
